Due to the nature of our products, DWA does not accept exchanges or returns.

If you have an issue with your product, contact us via email within 14 days of delivery. 

All orders are prepared with intention, love, and recycled material. All orders will be shipped standard within 4-7 business days from the original order date. 

DWA  provides a domestic mailing service for a flat fee of $5.99 for all orders.

Please allow the candle to burn approximately 4 hours to fully emit its scent and to avoid tunneling. Keep candles away from flammable objects and always burn under supervision.
